NON-REFUNDABLE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PRODUCTS

Certain products offered by Ninjacators LLC include proprietary trading systems, automated strategies, discretionary methodologies, hybrid systems, digital downloads, software files, and/or source code (collectively, “Intellectual Property Products”).

By purchasing any Intellectual Property Product, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Immediate access is granted upon purchase to confidential, proprietary, and commercially sensitive intellectual property.
2. Due to the nature of digital delivery and the irreversible access to proprietary materials, all sales of Intellectual Property Products are final.
3. No refunds, exchanges, credits, reversals, or chargebacks will be granted once access has been provided.
4. Access to such materials constitutes full performance of our obligations under this Agreement.

You further agree that you will not initiate or pursue any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for any Intellectual Property Product. In the event of a dispute or attempted chargeback, Ninjacators LLC reserves the right to suspend access to all products, services, and memberships, and to pursue collection of unpaid balances, fees, or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

For the avoidance of doubt, any prior or general refund policy does not apply to Intellectual Property Products unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.Refund Policy

In an effort to provide the best possible customer experience, should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will offer you a one-time exchange from the indicator you purchased to any indicator of your choice which is of equal or lesser value. All that we request (but do not require) is that in good faith you provide us with a valid reason as to why you have found your indicator purchase to be unsatisfactory.

Such products are final sale and non-refundable once access has been granted.

In the case of a visitor who may infringe or repeatedly infringes our copyrights or other intellectual property rights or the rights of others, we may, at our own discretion, terminate or deny access to and use of the Website and/or products. In the case of such termination, we will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.
